Do you need a Presidential Pardon to expunge a California Federal criminal record?

I have a 20 year old federal felony for growing a very small amount of pot. How do I go about having a federal record expunged or sealed?

get yourself real legal advice find a lawyer and ask them if it can be done i would think it can not be done just cause you would want it sealed but I am not a lawyer best to get advice from one of those

Is it California or is it federal?? In California, we have certain pot related offenses that *automatically expunge* themselves after a couple of years. I know personal possession is one of them, but cannot recall if that also extended to cultivation.
